Anyone up for a challenge this Father's Day. If so and you live in the Nashville area there is a Duathlon (2 mile run, 11.5 mile bike ride, then anther two mile run). It starts I think around 8 am Sunday morning but if your interested you would have to register at 6:30 am. I'm doing the Father/child relay, gotta save myself for my Triathlon next weekend.

You do your duathlon. I'll probably do a sixpack-athon watching the US Open. We'll see who feels better afterwards. :))
