We could easily cut $10M on top of that. 49ers couldn't and remember they still have to sign drafted players.

Is that cap number not including our draft budget then?

For real. They already have what appears to be their franchise QB in Dalton, a WR in Green that could very well be one of the league's best very soon, and a solid defense. When you add on top of that the fact that they have a stockpile of 1st round picks from the Palmer trade and that much cap room ... if they aren't annual SB contenders within the next few years then somebody has screwed up big time. The really the only thing going against them is the fact that they play in a tough div ... it must really suck to be a Browns fan right now. they have almost no hope of finishing anywhere but last.

Hopefully the Broncos can make the most of that cap money and bring in peyton!!!

Why would it not? I know that Munch once said that we have a separate budget for rookies, but wouldn't that just be an internal thing? Why would the NFL care about how much of our cap was set aside to sign rookies. Cap is just cap to them. They don't care how we spend it.

Probably take Richardson with their first pick, not sure with their second. Probably a linebacker.

The Bengals have all that space and haven't done a single thing this offseason yet, they better get rid of Marvin Lewis and Cedric Benson if they want to get to the next level.
