    Yeah, with Baltimore and Pitt getting old and cap strapped, Cincy should be moving up. But then we've heard that song before.

    After the Vick deal, the Namdi deal, and resigning Jackson, how is this possible?

    They sign big FA's like nobody's business, and we never do, and they have 4 mil less than we do?
