I do not agree. VY is the only way our team is going to win..Fisherball is why you have been losing and have not won a Superbowl. In addition, he brought back the worst offensive coordinator I have ever witnessed in my life in Heimerdinger..if Fisher goes you will start winning more ball games because the game has evolved in a way that defeats the purpose of conservatism. I support my Titans, I support Fish, I support VY, I support everyone, but I want what is best for my team, but I believe Fisher's reigning philosophy is why the franchise is suffering..just my two cents though

The guy has pretty much sucked since he came here. He needs to find another team. And we need a real QB....

Young will never be an elite NFL QB with that throwing style. Unless a new coach can change him, we'll always be a mediocre team with him at QB.

His mechanics are not the problem. Look at Rivers, and Brees'. Neither of those guys has a pretty throwing motion. But all three get it done with how they fling the ball. If Vince wasn't 6'5" then I absolutely would have an issue with his throwing style. But look where the ball is being released from. Still clears lineman at 6'5".
