Vick unlikely to be indicted

We all know he was involved because of the undercover witness. He lacks the courage to admit this is what he does. That will be his downfall. Shame. He'd be better off just taking the rap and moving forward with his life.

 

Well unless someone gives him up it would be hard to make a case against him if they don't have solid evidence he was at the house and knew about the activities, so it's not really a big surprise.

As for Vick, I agree that it will be hard to link him in a way that makes it worth prosecuting. They could probably get him for some negligence regarding the activities at one his properties, but that wouldn't do much.

After all the things he has done over the past year, regardless of the outcome of the dogfighting thing, it will be impossible for him to repair his image as it once was.
