VIDEO: CJ replays preseason

with gage and nate out, the panthers owned CJ. they new we had no passing game.

 

No one is concerned about what C.J. does and doesn't do in the preseason. What I'm keying in on here in this video is the play of LT Mihkel Roos. In the Seahawks game he looked okay when C.J. was running behind him. In the Cardinals game he's not looking as good. He's waiting on the defender and caught following him. Only when the call is to the right, does Roos look in control. In half of C.J. carries, Roos is blocking the defender back into the play where he makes a few tackles. As the preseason unwinds, Roos is getting worse. Onto the Panthers... On C.J.'s first carry, Roos poorly handles the defender, that same defender makes the tackle. Same for the following play. Again, only when the run is going to the right does Roos look decent. On the next C.J. run, guess who blocks the defender into the tackle.... Mihkel Roos is looking like a liability, not good at all when he's suppose to be our best lineman. And now with his injury... IDK whats expected of Roos Thursday, but he needs to get his mojo back. Otherwise C.J. will never sniff the 2500-yards he's hoping for.
