    That's actually a decent spread for 1.8. You can get alot less for the same price in Franklin/Williamson... Beyond fugly kitchen and brick but I like that it's wide open spaces vs the usual TN country mini-compartments. Nice pane-free windows throughout..

    Got to agree with Cruds... you're paying for the 30 acres worth of manicured privacy. The buildings aren't my style, and I wouldn't pay 1.8 for it, but it's certainly worth that. It's definitely a dude's house. I'd bet a buyer could get it up over 2 million easy with a few small renovations.

    Not bad though, but it doesn't beat the 30 acres that I grew up on in Williamson County.
