    Good for Billy. I know he played college in California, not sure if that's where he's orginally from, but it looks like a good fit for him.

    He's probably excited about the opprotunity to make some extra playoff money this year.

    You'd expect it to be (with SD offering a 6th and TEN wanting a 5th) a 6th rounder with it becoming a 5th if certain stuff is met. You'd expect the sticking point to be.. what criteria? He is going to be a backup so you have to say stuff which reflects this.. Mind you, if Floyd Reese negotiations are anything like his draft picks, its probably "start 16 games not including the playoffs" 2 weeks into the season ;)

    He was born in Cali, he lived in Walla Walla, WA for ten years as a kid... his brother and Peter Sirmon's brother were best friends.
