VT shootings this morning

    A horrible incident took place this morning up there on campus at Virginia Tech. As of right now, 21 dead & 28 injured from what i'm hearing, but those numbers will probably rise. Me personally, I have numerous friends that go there & i'm just praying that none of them were a part of this. I'm trying to get in contact with some of them now.

    That is awful. Have to wonder what would drive someone to do something like that.

    Yeah I have some friends there. It's sad, but this is not shocking to me, considering this has happened before on other campuses (albeit rare). Extremely tragic...

    It certainly happens on occasion, but I dont ever remember of an incident of this scale. 21 dead and 28 injured is unbelievable.

    my hiking partner has 2 kids that go there. It started on the same floor as where one of her kids lived. Needless to say she was a nervous wreck until she heard from both of them

    CNN is reporting 21 wounded and 22 dead. The gunmen is dead but they're not sure if he was shot or killed himself.

    I just dont understand things like this. Why are there so many crazies in this world that just lose it and think they need to start killing people.
