I don't think this legally qualifies but there is a point here. I don't think you can illegalize this but it's definitely hits this weird gray area that you are knowingly doing something damaging to one's health... but then will they make it so it's illegal to smoke indoors in a house? Probably. So yeah, I dunno... definitely mental illness for the girl and guy but this shouldn't be considered an assisted suicide.

I don't think so. Morally it's abuse, but legally I don't think so. I think this falls under the "people are ****ed up" category but no legal charges.

I mean it's ****ed up to be a hoarder, but I don't think it should be illegal.
