What About Fullback?

Other than Lorenzo Neal we have never really had a top notch fullback. QJ is below average at best. As we look for ways to improve the running game should improving the fullback position not be considered?

Hall was a beast.....I still miss that guy. He was very agile and elusive for a big guy.

Hall is still an FA. We could have brought him back.

But he had one too many concussions. Dudes health was at risk. But yea he was good.

I wonder if Jamie Harper could be converted into a backup FB?

I once asked myself the same thing. Turns out he's as soft as a teddy bear so no.

Well I certainly think we can do a lot better than QJ. Would be nice if fullback was more than an afterthought for this team for a change

I definitely think we should invest in a fullback though, CJ is better with a lead blocker.

He is. And given how fast CJ is we should probably look at a fast FB so CJ does not end up running past him before he can throw the lead block. Would also be nice to have a guy we can dump off a few passes to and even some short yardage hand offs.
