What are you drinking thread

I'm posting this thread primarily to talk about booze, beer and wine... however, if you are drinking coffee, cola, sports drink... that counts! This thread is ALL THINGS BEVERAGE... but more importantly... preparation!

I have a potent potable...

It's delicious. It's named for my friend who "invented" it... but I perfected it. See, my buddy was not systematic enough in my opinion. He didn't have it down as a recipe. He would just break out a few cups and pour from bottles. One cup would never be exactly the same as another. I on the other hand have mix ratios that work... nonetheless, it is still his drink.

It's called a Ryan Randall.

What you will need:

2 quart pitcher
kitchen spoon
pellet ice from Sonic

4 pack Red Bull (small 8.4 fl. oz. / 250 ml cans)
1 liter Skyy Vodka
1 64 fl. oz. bottle Ocean Spray 100% Cran-Raspberry Juice

The ratio is this:

1 part Red Bull
2 parts Cran-Raspberry Juice
1 part Vodka

that's 1 can of Red Bull,
2 cups or approximately 500 ml of Cran-Raspberry Juice
and 1 cup or approximately 250 ml Vodka.

That makes a liter or about a quart.
pour over 1 cup of pellet ice and enjoy!

now... just so you know... if you have one of those Gatorade jugs and want 4 liters of Vodka drink for a party... you can combine the entire ingredient list at once... just don't ice it down unless you have some Blue Ice or something similar.



It would really suck to water down a good drink.
