What book are you reading thread

    Since we have a game/movie/music thread, I figured we needed a book thread for all us readers out there.

    ------------------------

    I just finished The Darkest Evening of the Year by Dean Koontz. It's not his best book and I wasn't really a big fan of it...except the character named Gunny.

    Right now I am reading The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain. I just started it and my god I've never seen the 'n' word used so much, its interesting when put in context of when it was written.

    I thought so as well, did a search and found nothing...might have been before then.

    Maybe the TOMBers read more then we do.

    TJ needs to make it a sticky.

    I don't read much fiction but I've always been a Stephen King fan.

    However, I always read the solo works and avoided the Dark Tower series until I felt I could get into reading several books in a row.

    I'm now on The Wastelands, book 3 in the series, and I've thoroughly enjoyed every book so far!

    Just finished reading several books by Vince Flynn. Pretty good fictional reads. Always enjoy WEB Griffin, Stuart Woods, David Baldacci, Clancy and so on.

    Read everything, most recent was Born to Run, Stephan McDougall. For anyone interested at ALL in running, this is a GREAT GREAT book.

    I need to get a new book though, esp since I am about to have a long plane ride ):
