What do you do with your leftover turkey?

I like Ham way better than turkey, i throw any left overs away. i could eat a whole ham by myself. then drink a gallon of water.

i wish i could say i do something crafty with it..like make a wallet or something....but i just make sandwiches and other usual leftover turkey foods
