What do you hope for in Round 2?

But White can actually catch.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if we trade #33, if we stay at #2. We can move back a few spots and pickup an additional 3rd. Still lots of talent will be available mid-2nd --- although, this depends on who's on the board at #33.

 

If we were going WR with our 1st, i'd prefer Cooper over White.

 

Agreed he is a safer pick, but much bigger upside with White. He could be filthy good....

 

I'd be happy with either one. It's just that White is bigger and faster, but Cooper is a more precise route runner and more dependable. I think both will be beasts.

White is def bigger, by 2 inches and 4 lbs, but I wouldn't say faster. Sure, White has a better 40 time... but Cooper was better in the 3-cone drill and 20 yd shuttle. Cooper has better acceleration and agility vs White top-end speed.

I love them both, but slightly prefer Cooper.

 

You may be close to convincing me. I'm a UT fan and Cooper destroyed us single handedly this past year.

 

Cooper also has some issues with drops, which scares me.

That's how I see it. I would love to trade back with NYJ, Jets get Mariota and we get #6, #37, and '16 1st. We'd get to pickup either Cooper or White at #6, would be thrilled with either. If OAK goes WR, I think they'd go Cooper - but if Mariota goes 2, there's a good chance LW falls to them at #4.

Whiz could use White like he did Fitzgerald. Just imagine if Gurley/Gordon fell to #33 and then we go RT #37. Wow. (doubt Gurley/Gordon are available in the 2nd though)
