What draft picks would you give for this guy?

    OLB demorrio williams.

    A fast(4.52 combine) OLB who would be a great fit for the titans system and is not a great fit for the chiefs system.

    What he would bring to the titans..

    1. First rate depth at OLB

    2. Insurance on the weakside if we can't sign bulluck after this year.

    3. Good cover guy could replace thornton in nickel and spell bulluck in dime.

    4. Contract runs through 2012. Average cap hit $2.75M


    Williams is not a good fit for the chiefs 3-4 system and if the chiefs have any sense at all they will draft aaron curry with the 3rd pick to play the weakside and that means williams is on the bench.

    When williams played in a system that suited him well he was a big time producer with 127 tackles in 05 and 90 tackles in just 10 games in 06.

    In the nickel. So thornton can be fresh on run downs.

    Williams might be better in coverage.

    He'd be good depth, but i'd honestly rather draft a replacement. In this scenario, even if Bulluck left after next year, Demorrio Williams would still be pushing 30 by the time he became a starter here. If one of the three USC linebackers drops to us at 30, they could be Bulluck or Thornton's eventual replacement.
