Michael Vick's 2-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles is up at the end of the 2010 season. And his long time amigo Donovan McNabb just resigned a 5-year deal in Washington for $70 million and can get up to $78.5 million if he is on the active roster for every game in those five seasons. Michael Vick once signed a 10-year; $130 million contract with Atlanta that at the time made him the highest paid QB in football. Now he's better! What's he worth now? Here is one thing I know for sure, Vick's agent Joel Segal is going to very busy this offseason working on deals for not only Michale Vick, but Chris Johnson, and Randy Moss also.

Peyton's contract is up at the end of this season, I imagine his new deal will set the standard for everyone else...

It's hard to say a number without knowing how many years and all that. But I honestly think Vick will give the Eagles a decent discount to stay there. I think he appreciates the chance they took on him when no one else would. I just can't see him going elsewhere just to get a max deal. Either way, he's getting paid big time money if he keeps this up for the rest of the season.

If he stays in Philly, what happens with Kolb? You know the guy they based letting McNabb go on...

I heard we were looking to sign Manning this off season..it was just a rumor and I'm sure there is a .01% chance it is true..either way, I doubt we will shell out money for Vick or Manning..looks like we have Vince for a while, so hopefully he can come through. He has definately improved every year, but it is still hard to tell if he is Superbowl capable. In addition, Heimerdinger's crappy playcalling does not help our sitution.

If Andy Reid had Chris Johnson in Philadelphia, he'd be hands down a hall of famer in only his 3rd year. I'm okay with this years play calling, Dinger is getting better.

Talking numbers like $50 million or $100 million is pretty pointless. What matters is guaranteed money. Teams intentionally puff up contracts with money that will never be earned so that players and agents look good.

McNabb just signed a contract for over $70 million, but the only money that's guaranteed is under $5 million.

I think Vick could get around $15 million per season over 3 or 4 years. That's the number that actually matters.

The option of "still in federal pen" is not available. He will be injured before the year is over.

    $41-60 mil.

It won't be longer than a 4 or 5 year deal.

I think it's a given that Kolb is gone after this season. He'll be traded to some QB-needy team. Possibly the Titans.

I heard Blaine Bishop talking about this on the radio. Is that where you heard it? As much as I would absolutely love it I just can't see it happening.
