What will be the punishment for Britt?

To be honest, I'm not sure if he's suspended at all. Knowing Goddell, probably 2 games though.

It's gonna be long enough to make him miss some game time.

They know he might miss the first couple of games anyways. So i expect 4-5 games. After all the arrest this offseason with players, Roger is gonna come down hard.

I figure it will be totally arbitary so 4 games and the first half of the next 4 games

Honestly I really don't believe he'll get suspended at all. However knowing Godell, I can see Britt getting 2 games, max, since he's been a constant black eye to the league.

Believe it or not, a DUI falls under the leagues substance abuse guidelines, not personal conduct. First offense for substance abuse is a fine, 2nd is a 4 game suspension I believe. If there were a CBA during last off season, this would have been Britt's 2nd substance abuse offense; he got busted in NJ for weed.

Godell cannot take into account his pot bust last year, so this is his first substance abuse bust, hence no suspension but likely a fine.

He either skates or gets 2 games... can't spell "Godell" without "God".

He will get suspended. There's no way around it. 8 arrests in three years. It's about time for a suspension.

I'm actually expecting 4-6 games.
