You can say, "If you come here you can play with your coaches kid who probably doesnt deserve to be here"

Arizona is the armpit of the NFL. Why the hell would he want to go there?

No sarcasm here. Arizona under Bill Bidwell has a terrible reputation amongst players. So does Alex Spanos in San Diego. They were also two of the most militant anti-player owners in the most recent lockout.

Well Mario Williams traded his life for 6 years in Buffalo and a boat load of cash.

As we've seen first-hand these past two years "HoF players turned coaches" don't necessarily produce great OLs. Particularly in the case of Bruce Matthews. And "young team" can be as much a bad thing as it is a good one, depending on how you're looking at it. Other than that, good points.

We can debate the pros and cons of Nashville all day long but I think it's really going to come down to the money. And we have plenty to spend therefore I think we have a decent shot at landing him.

He did. He was also offered an insane amount of money. Far more than any other team. Do not see 'Zona doing that for a guard. Also, Bills had to spent a ton of money last offseason. They were way under the salary floor.

We know that. He may know that. However, it is not just about the coaching. It is about being around the best living players to every play your position every day.

What are people thinking we offer him?

IMO he's not the best Guard, so he shouldn't be getting $10M/yr like the best of the best.

To me he's worth taking a $7M/yr cap hit for.

I mean we pay Hutchinson $6M to stink it up.

He is like a Benji Olson type. Not in style but in value. Good solid starter just short of Pro Bowl ability. Anything more than $7M/yr and I would let him go elsewhere.

I think we need his type bad enough to possibly over spend a little.

Like I've said a few times now, there's no guarantees in the draft. Unless we take Warmack, Cooper, or Warford at 10, there's no telling who we could end up with.

We can't have Amano or Harris is at the other Guard, we need to make a serious offer to Levitre.

We do not need to hang everything on him though to the point where we badly overpay. There are other options. Brandon Moore would be good for a few years much Kevin Mawae was for us. We could also look at an OT like Sebastian Vollmer and move him to OG.
