I have not given up on Odom at all. The guy came out as a junior so you have to expect it to take him a little longer to develop. He then has to go through the unexpected death of his sister in the offseason between his 1st and 2nd yr. And because of his sisters death to sleep apnea he decides to have surgery himself. So not the best offseason. He looked like he had a good offseason last yr then has an extremely freak injury at Denver. Most people don't understand how extremely rare having a Tib-fib dislocation caused by a sporting injury is. If you remember we didn't hear much news in the press about his injury and a big part of it was because no one knew what the best way to treat it was. Odom went to multiple specialist to get their opinions. The decision was split as to whether he should have season ending surgery to pin the tib-fib together or just try to give it time to heal. They opted to avoid surgery and then when he gets back on the field the knee is re-injured. Probably should have been pinned to begin with. So Odom has yet to have a great offseason followed by a healthy yr. One freak injury does not make someone an injury prone guy. I'm expecting big things from Odom.
