I pretty much killed this argument with my above post regarding Kubiak.

Bottom line is that thinking anyone in the Titans organization from Bud to the GM to the HC has a lower standard than building and becoming a dynasty is ludicrous and just ranting. There is no basis in reality to back up this concept.

According to this (if it is correct) we are still the 10th youngest team.

Shows how our team was built. A lot of our older players are going to be off the roster, the majority of our talent is in our youth.

Locker, Ayers, Casey, Klug, Wright, Brown, Martin, Morgan, Verner all added from 2010,2011,2012 drafts.

I never said we weren't a young team. Only that there were several playoff teams younger than us.

A young team that is well coached can still be very successful. Therefore I think the "we're young" excuse is a cop out.

This is the problem with trying to have any kind of debate with you. You don't want to have a conversation. You want to tell everyone else that you're right and they're wrong.

I'd respond to your so-called "argument killer" post but you already have your mind made up that you just laid the smackdown of the century or something so I may as well not bother.

Then don't debate with me. Explain how our organization has a lower standard than other organizations.

LOL you did exactly what I said you'd do. EXACTLY.

I know for a fact you aren't that stupid so I guess you truly are just trolling. Which is my cue to go.

I think there is no chance I would agree with "our organization has a lower standard than other organizations" but I'd like to see you back that statement up however you are going to try to do so.

Two of my three picks are still out there despite not being on the list: Lovie Smith and Romeo Crennel. I can understand why they're still on the street thought: Lovie wants a HC job, and Romeo is considered a strict 3-4 guy

The other is Norv Turner who is now in Cleveland--and who I'm certain we could have had as OC. Say what you will about Locker, he's got to be a better reclamation project than 30-year-old Brandon Weeden with his horrendous receiving corps.

There is some legit potential in Cleveland's WR group. Josh Gordon and Greg Little are two good young receivers and when you add Trent Richardson in there you have a nice core of skill players to work with.
