    I tend to think the most successful professional franchises have a strong front office. If the Titans ownership isn't going to be here, then the President/CEO has that impact.

    For every Jerry Jones, you have 25 guys you've never heard of (unless you closely follow the team) who just do their jobs and stay out of the public spotlight.

    That goes for most major corporations as well.

    I think Jeff Diamond did a solid job while here who really wasn't fully appreciated until he left.

    Mularkey interviews way better than whiz. Whiz was always being a butt when interviewed . Mularkey is way better with the press.
