Definitely. Durability is a huge concern at that position. But we should at least wait and see how Lendale does during a regular season where he is expected to contribute. This is his chance. If he fails the test, I'll be right there with you on being disappointed in the pick, Soxcat.

Well, I can't "defend" him as such since I don't know the program he's using, but yeah I can't blame him for Lendale getting a hammy every year. Now if the entire team had a problem sure, but the majority of the injuries on our team are not directly related to the strength and conditioning program.

We have had way too many foot injuries on our team under Watterson.

that has more to do with guys not wearing the right shoes. i know some linemen wear runningback cleats because they're lighter than the lineman cleats.

I thought the footwear was selected by Watterson and the trainers. We have had alot of ankles also. It may just be from the crappy turf at LP Field.

    From AOL sports:

The Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle (shout out to my old paper) reports that White is now clocking in at 245 pounds, down from the 253 pounds that he weighed when he showed up for offseason workouts. But he still has to lose another 10 pounds to get down to his playing weight of 235. He vows that he will be able to get there in time for training camp.
