The Game You Got...Because You Demanded It.

    27/43 387 yds 1 TD.

One mismanaged drive at the end of the 1st half, fortunately no INTs - the only thing missing was Kurt Warner, really.

Nonetheless, how big a test was that from Vince? Even without the 4th quarter passing, it would have been one of his best games as a passer.

Johnson was contained, but got his yards, and it had to come down to Vince. I was a little miffed at some of the missed opportunities, particularly when Britt fumbled, but I never lost hope - especially when I realized we could still win in typical 20-17 fashion.

I swear, that game was like a playoff game. I could/couldn't believe it was happening all at the same time. Once we got going on the final drive, I knew the Titans would be hard to stop. They did will that victory at the end, without Chris Johnson, and it's what the entire team needed. I loved the Cardinals on the field at the end. They couldn't believe what they just saw happen. Absolutely. Could. Not. Believe It.

This is the game that will prove many of the doubters wrong in the media. Wonder if Hoge comes out and sees his shadow this week, or hides in a deeper hole. ESPN should force him to comment, but he'll probably say "I want to see more," and leave it at that.

The best thing about this game, aside from the confidence: The Titans Triplets were born tonight. Young/Johnson/Britt...we got our starting wide receiver, and Cook came up huge on the final drive. Of course, Bo Scaife saved the whole thing, potentially, but I think without question the first game ball tonight goes to Vince Young.

    Kerry Collins in 6 games:
    0-6 Record
    1,071 Pass Yards
    5 TDs 8 INTs
    54.8 Comp% 62 Pass Rating
    16 Rush Yds 1 TD

    Vince Young in 5 games:
    5-0 Record
    1,010 Yards
    4 TDs 1 INT
    65.5 Comp% 90.1 Pass Rating
    159 Rush Yrds 1 TD

    I'd say VY is better!

I think the new trio was born...Young, Johnson and Britt

And I have to say Young to Britt for the TD is going to be a nice combo to hear for awhile.

I have never been so proud to be a Vince Young fan...stood by him for the last couple years and it finally paid off. He literally just made every one of his doubters eat their words.

Agreed. I've been saying the Titans Triplets were born last night as well. I told my wife, "we got our triplets." She thought I was crazy until I explained.

Heard, but missed, Hoge said some kind things about VY last week. If true, I'm looking forward to some Merril Hoge knob gobbing this week.

No clips yet, but here's his comments while they showed the highlights of "The Drive." I believe Suzy Kobler did the play calling, and Hoge did the brief color analysis.

"(First Britt throw for 1st down) And agreat throw here. The defender has his back turned and Young puts it to right where only his receiver can see it and make a play on it. A BIG play there to start the drive.

(Scaife catch of pop-up) Normally on these drives you need some big play. Well it doesn't matter how it happens, they got the big play they really needed.

(The fourth downs) And both these times, Young never flinched.

(Following the TD catch) You know what? The best drive of Vince Young's career right here."

Hoge was enthused it seems. Didn't show his face, but he commented on it straight up, if briefly.

CJ has 800 yards in November, most ever in one calendar month. Also 3 rush TDs of 85+ yards is more than any player had in entire career. Also tied with Jim Brown's record of 6 TDs of 50+ yards in a season.

I think Hoge should be forced to wear a Young jersey and say he was wrong.

And Cris Carter go play catch with Cutler, and watch him still miss you......Im sure even J. Rice watched that drive and said damn I would want to play with Vince.

anyone have a complete video of the last drive?

they have highlights, but it's more thrilling to see the 4th downs and incomplete passes that lead to the TD.
