    ^I wouldn't. It's hard to get your CC back off there, and if you ever cancel that card- your membership is likely to die and you'll have to start again.

    You mean...to play one part of the game rather than the part that creates the actual replay value?
    Just saying-

    I can watch cable TV with bunny eared antennas for free... but I know why I have to pay for the better service.

    I don't pay for online and I get to play the same online game as you do. It's the simple.

    I do not care for the extras.

    They need to. I don't mind paying for a good online experience, but 50 bucks for a year is ridiculous. If I didn't find a deal online for like 35, I still wouldn't have Live.

    Its probably only happening because PSN is free and there is increased pressure for Microsoft to make it free.
