All we will do is make Bruce Matthews OC, and Alan Lowry DC..

Don't be looking for any firing and sexy hiring.

Agreed, there won't be any in season firing and outside of MAYBE gray there won't be any in the offseason either.

Although I typically agree with this assertion, I wouldn't really call this an overreaction at all. Dude is right. 40 points a game is downright unacceptable. We just pretend the middle of the field doesn't exist on defense...and when the wide open TE or receiver catches a ball there nobody knows how to wrap up.

We need a new scheme, new coaching, and some passion. And dammit let's just go to 3-4 already. Every elite defense in the NFL is playing a 3-4. Don't say we don't have the personnel, because apparently we don't have the personnel for our current system either. Something needs to be shaken up

I say we replace Griffin with a big ol' sack of crap. At least someone might trip over it.

I chuckled when he missed a tackle and Fouts said "Griffin is normally a great tackler"

Its probably going to be me getting fired. Before going home Friday I left an upper decker in my boss' personal bathroom.:cigar:

In all seriousness... none of our coaches are going anyway during the season. Who are you going to replace them with and ... honestly who really wants the job? The whole Bud Adams/Jeff Fisher feud really turned a lot of potential coaches away from us. I don't think were ever going to have another big name coach unless we hire some coordinator for the job and he becomes a star. I don't think we have the mojo to lure in a Bill Cowher or a Jon Gruden type..

Why would you fire someone in the early part of the season? Makes no sense.

At this point, could we really do any worse? New blood is needed in this organization. Not like Bud Adams will do anything, this organization is way too cheap to do that.

You don't bring in someone just to 'send a message' during the season. It will divide the locker room and just create bad vibes for everyone.
