    I agree. The first couple years of VY's career, they were clearly and admittedly trying to get vince to stay in the pocket. He was a run first guy, and they wanted a pocket passer. I couldnt figure out why they would pass on Leinart in the draft just to try to convert Vince. That being said, he has become a very efficient qb, but the early on coaching decisions were puzzling.
