    I vote no, I think Williams and Gray will surprise a lot of people this coming season.

    If we have a good year, Munchak remains HC, Gray stays DC, and Williams continues rebuilding his resume to some day take over a team, but not after 1 year back in the league.

    I think Williams was brought in the take over the DC when we hit our by week if the defense is failing or take over HC at that time but I doubt he will be HC for the 2014 season
