I've always gotten the impression Munchak wanted to pick up where Fisher left off, so IMO Jake Locker was Munchaks guy, not Palmers. There were 4 or 5 more polished passers available, to me it makes more sense for Palmer to take one of those guys, but for some reason Locker got picked, hmm.

If munch wanted to go in the same direction why being in Palmer and such? If that's the case munch failed Palmer and not the other way around. If Palmer didn't get to choose his guy then he was set up for failure.

"Look Palmer I know you like such and such and this is your vision of the offense but I like locker cuz he reminds me of VY, your offense doesnt resemble anything we have done in a decade but you better make young 2.0 outta this kid" (while not doing anything that we did with young)

I don't think it happened like that, I don't think we were THAT ridiculous. Matter factly I don't think munch had enough nuts to choose a qb. His sense of direction is based on people around him...

Palmer was like his 6th choice dude, it was getting late, he had to hire someone.

So he hires Palmer to run the offense and gives him a QB that can't run his offense...

So what you are saying is fire munchak right now??

I'm not saying youre wrong, I'm just sayin I might be right.

and I've BEEN saying fire Munchak

and Jake can run Palmer's O, it's just a bad concept to stick with. It neutralized CJ to begin with, and it makes Cook useless.

Yea we have stand able points... Yours says we have an entirely retarded staff by default tho and I'm hoping wildly against that even tho they have yet to prove otherwise.

I like Jake and hope he turns the corner in 2013. But "cerebral" is pretty far down on the list of adjectives I'd use to describe him. His lack of awareness is the very reason he's got a janky shoulder right now.

We should probably teach our players to actually read words first. Then we can see if they can read coverages later on.

I'd rather have Locker worry about completing passes.
