This is seriously a thread right now? What is Titan Nation coming to. No doubt in my mind he breaks 100 by week 4 next year.

It was awful. It was called "Sun Sports" or something like that.

The UK feed from Sky Sports was great though. I had that when I was in Thailand for a short while. They have fewer commercials as well. But for a good part of the commercial break they go to their studio guys for analysis on the game.

Man, what an awful thread. Where to begin?

First, the Titans have been using him wrong. If you look at his college tape, he was a more downfield, vertical threat. On RG3’s highlight film you see how often Wright beat opposing teams deep. The Titans kept throwing those stupid quick screens to him and using him in the slot. That’s not where he excels. If they put Nate in the slot and Kendall on the outside, that would really help. I hope Dowell realizes this.

Second, I don’t know where you can watch him and say he’s not fast. I swear I think some people look at a 40 time and nothing else. The 40 time is a track and field drill, with players wearing spandex shorts and no pads. Isn’t it just awful that Kendall couldn’t excel in such a drill? He’s not a track guy, he’s a football player!

Kendall is one of very few who can get his track time to translate on the football field.

Sure there's a lot of players with better 40 times, but none of them are running those times in pads, Kendall can.

*cough cough* Chris Sanders *cough cough*

It is true. Reminds me a lot of Derick Mason back in the day. There are lots of guys who were taller, faster and have better hands (like Chris Sanders) but could not get open the way Mason did. If a WR can't get open then nothing else matters.

We tried going to deep to wright this year. He couldnt create any separation on the defenders. Every time we looked at him deep he was blanketed and the defender was step for step. Face it man he is not fast at all. He's quick but hes not fast.

So when you have a wr that cant get behind anyone, out jump anyone, or not that tall, then you get a pretty crappy wr!
