Very true. As an organization we tend do well with the late round CBs. We probably have a better success rate in rounds 5-7 than we do with rounds 2 and 3.

 

According to PFF, Simms was our highest graded defensive player today. Simms only allowed two catches on five targets for four yards, and had two pass breakups. Looks like we may really have something here.

 

Ah, it's just one game. He looked bad against the Bears. But we need to definitely let him play a lot more so that we can see where he's at and if we can move forward with him.

 

He had a solid game. Let's not forget about Wallace's QB sack-another late round rookie.

 

It is a little weird he played better against a lot better receivers but I'll take it. He also looks like a sure tackler so that could be huge for us on the outside.

 

He was so lost he didn't even know where to lineup I think McCain and Blake did great job communicating with him.

 

I hope the kid starts next week. Forget about Blake.

Sims balled out today!

 

Blake and McCain also graded high today. McCourty was the weakest link by far and at the end there it felt like they were intentionally attacking him.

 

Overall, today was the best I've seen the Titan's DBs play in 2 years.
