I think JRob cares about winning and love what he has done with the roster. The one poster is right, they aren't in a window of opportunity so why go out and give up a high round draft pick for him? Is he going to get you there? Give Jon another year of drafting young talent to put it together. And then let him fine tune the roster with players that will put them in that position. Maybe players like Talib or a Josh Gordon.
