XBOX 360 issue, HELP!

    I know for a fact they are suppose to check it over, but they didn't. That's why I went thru all that to trick them. They just don't care.

    Most the time microsoft will fix it. You request a box, then send u it, u put ur 360 in the box, mail it back to them... and in 2 weeks. A working 360.

    I've had 2 do it twice.

    Yea that's what I tried first. They wouldn't help, so I handled it myself.
