ok, I thought this thread might promote discussionss about the other couple dozen games in the list, but nope, it's turned into another Halo thread

Mass Effect will eat up days of my life
    Assassins Creed - ditto
Army of Two - next big thing, imo (might get the Ps3v for freeplay)
PGR4 - ah yeah.... a new racer KUDOS baby!!!
Call of Duty 4 - one fo the best looking games I've seen
Half-Life 2 - Orange Box : not to far removed from it - I'll play it again
TOmb Raider Anniversary - been wanting to play this for months
Lego Star Wars - Complete Saga - love this game

damn, that's alot of games I need to find time for

Well, nothing is coming out until the timed exclusivity runs it's course, so that's all I got.

    I have a Mac...

    not to provoke here, but.....

I've noticed on a couple of reviews (Skate and Virtual Fighter 5, for instance), that some cross platform games look better and have more features on the 360 versions .... what's up with that ?

I've played Skate on both systems (the demo at least), and I wouldn't say one was better than the other. PS3 had smoother textures and better lighting (contrast between light vs. dark), but X-Box ran at a better frame-rate at times (maybe slightly above 30FPS).

    EA Sports.

nuff said. Look at the sports game done by them. They say it is too hard to do 60fps for PS3 (despite it having been done on numerous other games). That is the main reason for the score differences.

    Sheer laziness.
