So you're sayin two guyz that are only in there 2nd year in the league could shut down seasoned vets like winslow, bubba frankz, jeremy shockey.

And we dont have anybody fast, do you forget miami/florida is a speed state. teddy ginn cant burn nfl players like he did in college lol devin hester>>>teddy ginn.

the people i named are proven in the nfl and have been to probowls and superbowls, you are naming rookies and and 2 year players. nate clements would not shut down reggie wayne, nobody has yet and wayne has went up against better cb's lol.

Dont forget florida schools produce the fastest people, and the proof was the national championship game when the buckeyes looked like a deer in the headlights.

For the record, I hate miami. The team is trash. The fans are terrible and not very supportive. I don't even like the city.

    So here ya go...

    QB)
    Tennessee: Peyton Manning
    Miami: Ken Dorsey

Edge: Tennessee, no need to say more.

    RB)
    Tennessee: Travis Henry, Jamal Lewis
Miami: Frank Gore, Edge, McGahee, Portis

Edge: Miami, for depth and Gore's youth.

    WR)
Tennessee: Donte Stallworth, Peerless Price, Robert Meachem
Miami: Reggie Wayne, Andre Johnson, Santana Moss

Edge: Miami, individual players are better, but the UT squad isn't too shabby.

    TE)
    Tennessee: Jason Witten
    Miami: Winslow, Shockey, Greg Olsen

Edge: Miami, but I think Witten holds up well individually vs Winslow or Shockey.

OL) I don't feel like looking this up. Tennessee is known for OL. I'll call it a draw since I wouldn't know all the Miami OL.

Offense Edge: University of Tennessee. Because I'm a homer and DORSEY SUCKS.

    DL)
Tennessee: John Henderson, Haynesworth, Leonard Little, Darwin Walker, Shaun Ellis
    Miami: Wilfork, Sapp, McDougal, Lane

Edge: TENNESSEE. Hello Miami, you've just been owned in the position that seperates the SEC from every other conference in college. How's Dorsey feeling now?

    LB)
Tennessee: Parys Harylson, Kevin Burnett (Al Wilson  )
Miami: Vilma, Ray Lewis, Dan Morgan

Edge: Miami, only because it looks like Al's career is done. Truly sad, Wilson brought that national championship to UT in 98.

    DB)
Tennessee: Deon Grant, Jason Allen, Gabril Wilson
Miami: Ed Reed, Duane Starks, Sean Taylor, Buchanon

Edge: Miami, Ed Reed is amazing.

Defense: Miami, sadly, but it's very close. UT is much stronger at the DL, but without a serious LB threat, Miami gets the overall.

I would really like to this game, it would be very interesting.

And of course, my game prediction:

Tennessee wins, everytime, anywhere, by a landslide. All Tennessee players are future hall of famers. All shall be worshipped. Rocky Top shall be played loudly! As you can see, I have proved this outcome. I am 100% correct that Tennessee pro's are the greatest of all time and the evil Hurricane pro's wouldn't even make the top 25 of nfl pro players college all star teams.

Also, it was a really good day when UT traveled down to Miami and whooped some butt.

Also, it's been really fun watching Miami have to play a real schedule every year and stink it up. How's the ACC treating ya?

Ted Ginn Jr + Santonio Holmes > Devin Hester.

Im sorry but thats just facts man.

    "lol devin hester>>>teddy ginn."

Your saying Hester is faster then Ginn? Let me get some of that stuff you smokin. You have YET to see what Ginn can do in the NFL. Preseason is nothing. He has hardly had playing time as of yet. Hester will always be just a return specialist. He will get killed as a receiver.

And AJ Hawk is fresh , new , and is already one of the better linebackers in the NFL. Ray is old... slower.. at the end of his career. Vilma > Ray. AJ > Vilma.

Watch. AJ is going to stuff the hell out of LenDale and Brown.

A lot depends on if you are talking about as of TODAY, or as of their overall career.

Ray Lewis isn't the player today he was a few years ago.

Ray in his prime was better then any linebacker OSU has ever had. But the Ray now is not better then AJ Hawk. Too bad.

10 sacks by Sapp last year isn't enough? Or does this have to do with run D?

I'd still say that players from Texas could take the players from Miami.

    UTexas vs. Miami

There are several favorable matches for Texas such as QB and I would even say RB. Vince Young already trumps any Miami QB right now and historically at RB Texas had been rich with talent i.e Ricky Williams before the head case, Earl Freaking Campbell, Priest Holmes who went undrafted, and now cedric benson. You could look at WR now and say texas produced the best of the bunch in Roy Williams. at DL you have Shaun Rogers who can straight dominate the Dline. At OLB Derrick Johnson is becoming an elite player. Now at DB Texas is finally catching up with Cedric and Michael Griffin, Aaron Ross, and Michael Huff. So I think Texas would certainly give the U a challenge at those positions. If they are not better they are certainly equal.
