Cliff Harris would be a absolute steal in the 5th :) just kidding. Then again I don't want him on this team. He may not even get drafted with those piss poor 40 times..

No way we go with Thompson that early (even though it would be a good call). Curry most likely won't be there deep into the 2nd, also.

I tried to be realistic as I could, I think a lot of teams are going to jump on the defensive ends this year. Thompson is a big guy that will clog the middle for us, Curry is my guy this year for a multiple of reasons. He did have a poor outing at the scouting combine, and I know it's late for him I wouldn't mind trading up into the early second to snag him.

4 defensive lineman? 3 out of first 4 rounds?

Still needs at Safety, OLB, and we may even go WR late. I do like most of those players though.

There is a strong safety class next year. My logic is build from the line and out. We need much needed help on the defensive line with only Morgan who is yet unproven and a 3-4 linebacker being converted to DE, we need to draft at least two Defensive Ends this draft. At the defensive tackle position we are solid with Casey other than that we have Klug who is a 3rd down pass specialist. Their are a few guys I like at safety and linebacker this year that you can plug in anyway, but don't be surprise to see a heavy draft of lineman this year. We did take 3 defensive tackles last year, so 3 defensive ends is not out of the question.

He can go anywhere from a late first to the end of the 4th

This is the first draft in a long time where we've had absolutely no idea who we're going to go. We know what our needs are, but does the value really line up with the needs?

    1. Michael Brockers DT
    2. Trumaine Johnson CB
    3. Sean Spence OLB
    4. Michael Brewster C
    5. Aaron Henry S
    6. Rennie Moore DE
    7. Danny Coale WR
