I'm familiar with his story, that's why I like him as much as I do. He reminds me of me a little. Came from nowhere to become somebody.

Thanks for posting the article. It's great to see a reporter so impressed with him. He has matured a lot on and off the field since we drafted him. I was familiar with his whole story, and it does make you want to see him succeed. He's come a long way from "can't nobody tell me nothin".

Think about that quote for a moment.... It contradicts itself so much it makes sense.

But you're right, he has come a long way. Did you see his tweet about the Heisman?? Classy words by Vince, taking the high road.

Vince has always had a certain kind of class and character. It's not surprising to the longtime observers of VY. He falters sometimes[understandable with his background], but always comes back. Because he doesn't express himself like some would like, they just take the liberty to make crap up about him without getting the first hand facts. After 8 years of watching I don't see that VY has changed all that much. But the stories they write about him sure do. I can't wait to see what the writers have to say if/when VY helps in leading the Titans to the next level.

Thanks for posting! Amazing read. Vince has made his share of mistakes, but you read something like this, and see what he did for McNair's kids, and at that moment you realize that he's just an amazing person. I don't think I can read that article about McNair's two kids with out tearing up. Just to see the look on those kids faces when he walked in.

Hopefully he can learn from his mistake this off season, and know that the city of Nashville, and (TRUE) Titans fans across the country are behind him.
