I want change, but I don't think we really have to 'blow it up'. We have a talented group of players (maybe not SB caliber talent, but surely enough for a WC birth). We just need a new coaching staff and add a couple more players. I think we could compete with a new coach in the 1st year (we have seen plenty of coaches do it recently)

I also think that we could get it done with Munch as HC, but we need to change some of the position coaches/cooridinators. However, ultimately those coaches are Munch's responsibilty, and I think he failed big time there, so he should go too.

1st is the Bruce Matthews Hiring ... dude sucks at coaching OL. We have seen pretty much every player on the OL regress since he took over. What is the point of drafting a OG 10th overall if we don't even have a staff that is compentent enough to properly develop him?

2nd is the ST coach ... Why fire Lowry? ST lost us more than a couple of games this year. Sure Reynaud was a BIG part of the problem as well, but you can't deny that we went from having a decent/good ST last year to one that was a liablity this year with the only real change being the coach.

3rd is the LB coach ... last year the LBs seemed to be the strength of this team, and this year it seemed to take a step back. Why would Munch mess with a position that was solid already? Just to bring in one of his buddies?

Also not sold on either of the Coordinators. Munch did a GREAT job of going out and getting Williams to help cover up Gray's inability to field a competitive D, but if munch stays, then he CANNOT choose Gray over Williams

Loggains I'm not sold on either. It seems like after last season we didn't really put too much effort into going out and getting a real OC. I didn't mind giving Loggains a chance, but if you can't figure out a way use CJ, then you shouldn't be an OC IMO. I can see a lot of teams that would get soooo much more out of CJ than what we did (this has NOTHING to do with CJ's contract, and whether or not we should keep him moving forward, just saying a better OC would've done a lot more with CJ this year)

If we could just get a new staff in here, and keep our most of our players I think we could compete for the division next year.

I definitely want to see Locker back and given a chance to stay healthy. Guy was really progressing, and should be given the opportunity to continue that. We don't know if he'll get hurt again. You can't dismiss him because he MIGHT get hurt. We do need a quality backup QB. Hopefully we can upgrade Fitztragic before next year.

If we can get a good power running back in the draft, I'd like to see us return to a pounding running game. I've never been a fan of the homerun hitter. Give me a 4.5 yard average with a low standard deviation.

We need some coaching changes. Whether the players like Munch or not, he's not hired the right staff and we won't be able to improve that if he's given a lameduck year. Bring in a new HC that can hire quality coaches that can make the most of this talented team.

    Munch needs to GTFO.

CJ needs to restructure or GTFO.

Locker can stay but we need to bring in someone else to push him for the starting job either via draft or FA (preferably draft).

This is what I am talking about...This organization and many fans just accept mediocrity too easily. I feel like Jim Mora. Playoffs?!?!?! You're talking about Playoffs?!?!?!? What ever happened to wanting to build a team to get us back to the SuperBowl!!! These guys should have been gone long ago. 2 teams already have new coaches and life, and here we are twittling our thumbs.....I pray that something happens today or tomorrow, I would much rather watch this team stink for the next few years ACTUALLY putting an effort towards making a TRUE competitive franchise.
