Kuechly can play OLB. MLB isn't really a need.

I don't see Hightower playing anything other than middle in a 4-3 and I'm not sure how useful he'd be in a 4-3 anyway.

I can't see Kuechly falling that far, but if he did... we gotta look to trade #20 for a team who wants him.

We already have two young LBs in McCarthy and Ayers, who hopefully will be stars. Witherspoon is servicable, for now. We need almost every other position before LB. We could likely trade back to late 1st, and be able to pickup Konz still, and pickup additional picks. Doubt i'd happen though.

After being hammered (verbally) in a previous post and retreating with my tail between my legs I'm back with a new set of Mock picks having let "time reveal all". So you understand this is completely generated by the opinions of the people.

    #1 Nick Perry, DE, USC
#2 Tyrone Crawford, DE, Boise St.
    #3 Tauren Poole, RB, Tennessee

Anything can happen after these initial rounds...
    #4 Malik Jackson, DT, Tennessee
    #5 Josh Harris, LS, Auburn
#6 Terrell Manning, OLB, N.C. State
#7 Johnny Thomas, FS, Oklahoma St.

If you are interested to know more check out the site (fourthandshort.org) and give me feedback to improve it. Thanks for your support, and go Titans!

There IS a chance we go DL in the first two rounds.

We JUST drafted Jamie Harper! There is no what we go with Poole in the 3rd. Scrap that pick all together.

An entire draft where we dont address the secondary until the 7th round and NO offensive linemen?

    We drafted a LONG SNAPPER?!

Who came up with this? Is this computer generated?

This is a common question, so It's addressed in the about section.
Interestingly to put it to the test by going to the NFL.com mock drafts and compared the output, its pretty damn close. But anything past the first couple of rounds is really speculative as so many factors come into play.

I really see (as I updated it during the draft) that it will accurately predict the next pick as the Draft plays out. 20 more days to go!

I try not to be mean and I won't but seriously? How does this even work? Is it by computer? Maybe you should adjust your system a bit...

Nick Perry is reasonable but going back to back DE? That's not going to happen.

A RB in the 3rd? No.

Three Lineman and a RB in the first 4 rounds, no.

    LONG SNAPPER!?

No CB? No WR? Also isn't Malik Jackson a DE?

The top 2 guys I want in the 1st round are either David DeCastro (highly likely he'll be gone) and Dre Kirkpatrick. I'd be extremely happy with one of those 2. Not really wanting any of the DE's in the 1st. None of them really are that intriguing to me. Wouldn't mind Curry in the 2nd though. Branch may slip to us in the 2nd, but I doubt it.

Completely different subject here. I was just thinking about draft day trades. First day of the draft and the 14th pick was just announced. The player you wanted was still on the board (be it DeCastro or whoever)!!! would you call up Philly and offer our 1st(20th) and 2nd pick for their 1st(15th), Asante Samuel, and their 4th. Points chart wise it values Samuel at a high 4th or late 3rd pick. splitting what they want and what we are willing to give for him. We still get the same number of picks and fill 2 needs with players that would help us win NOW. I think there is a big push from Mr. Adams to want to win now. Think about our O-line with DeCastro and our secondary with Samuel. 3rd round and 2 4ths still to get good players. I have faith that those picks with our scouting staff we could find a future starter or two. Any takers on this?
