So the Titans House opens up next week. The info I’m hearing is this…

2 different club levels… the 1960 Club and the Platinum Club.

1960 Club PSLs are 55k to 75k they are between the 35yd lines and include all you can eat and drink including alcohol. Also get on site parking, 2 tickets to an away game, and right of first refusal on all events at the new stadium expect for extraordinary events.

Platinum Club PSLs start at 20k for seats between 15-25yd then 35k for 25-35yd and 45k for 35 to 50…ticket prices per game for seats 25-35yd are $465 and $475 for 35 to midfield. These PSL come with all you can eat food and non alcoholic beverages. Also offered premium off site parking.

I sit at the 40 yd line lower bowl now, I hate that they have turned basically the whole sideline area into Club. I care about watching the game not all you can eat/drink.

Had no idea there were options that costed that much.
    Quick math, $475 x 8 home games = appx 5K.
Add whatever you can get for preseason and can’t recall if there is a 9th home game this season, maybe up to 6k.

all you can eat, like over estimate 2k for the season.

total around 8-9K. It costs 45k.

I don’t get where that price comes from. How much crap am I missing to justify that price?

The 45K is just the cost of the PSL and it gives you the right to buy tickets for the same seat for the next 30 yrs.

So if you were trying to add up total cost you would say that the PSL is $1500 a yr and then you would add your seat cost of 5K.

Got it. Thanks for The explanation.
I knew I was misunderstanding something.

I guess another question, was that for this year starting?
Curious how that carries over to a new stadium in a couple years. (Then again 20-25 more years later).

Those numbers are for the new stadium PSLs. My current PSL cost me 5k in 1998 and my same seat would cost me around 50k in the new stadium

Just like home prices now, some dolts who have so much money will buy them and its all they need to justify the prices.

exactly... if we want to stop inflation of ticket prices all we have to do is stop buying the tickets. Instead people are paying crazy prices to scalpers for events which just justifies the artist and original ticketing agent to raise the price. And I totally get it from their standpoint... why should some scalper be making more than the artist or original ticketing agent on shows.
