    I agree I don't think Tannehill's replacement will be there at 26

    Texans trade with Pats...

Could this Texans/Pats trade be part of a Kadarius Toney package?

Toney to Houston for a 5th?

My take was the Pats have their eye on a few late rnd guys and would much rather get 2 of them than 1 in the 5th

If that’s the case, just do it one step. I think their board is heavy on the later round guys.

I think what @Chronos and @Titans2004 mentioned seems more likely....I think Houston probably could get him for their 6th which is pretty close to a 5th

Yeah we are definitely NOT sitting out the whole second round. Expect a trade down or trade up. We have too many 4th and 6th round picks to sit on our hands that whole round .

I've heard Kiper and McShay say multiple times that the strength of this draft is in rounds 2-4. I would be completely fine with trading down and adding more picks, but the flip side to this is, most every other team will want to do the same thing. We may not have the option to trade back.

One crazy stat they mentioned when talking about rounds 2-4, the Ravens have 7 picks in these rounds!

We would have to trade away our 3rd and both 4ths to get into the back half of the 2nd rnd….I’d rather take my chances with 3 mid rnd picks than 1 2nd rnd pick
