AJ Brown traded to Eagles

Aj is alot like this last few people who post it in this thread.

They all have emotional issues and the need to be right and to be love.

The problem is that some people just don't have the time or in AJ's case the money to fulfill their needs.

JRobison did the right thing letting go of such an unstable individual .

 

A little late on this, but it terms of value on the draft pick trade value chart, Brown was worth right at 227.3 points (197.3 for 18th pick and 30.0 for the 101st pick).

For reference, Tyreek Hill and Devante Adams were traded for a draft pick value in the 245 point range. So overall, I think we did well in the value as Brown is definitely on a level below both of those guys so far. It would have been nice to get an extra mid/late round pick in 2023, but I think value-wise we did well.

Now, whether the players we chose turn out to be anything is a different story.

 

Defense played absolutely fantastic in playoffs holding the bengals to 13 points even with 3 picks by Tannehill what

 

did not hold with 30 seconds left... just sayin'

Who cares? He had a couple big game in two tone blue too.
They’ll get pushed when he’s injured again and reaches his ceiling of exactly 1000.

 

1. It was against the Lions
2. Almost all of that was in the first half. Once the Lions realized Hurts was ONLY passing to AJ, they took him out of the game and Hurts was completely ineffective. Hurts barely connected with another receiver all game. Every team saw that and will defensive game plan going forward.

The season has just begun... plenty of time for everyone to undesirable why we willingly let him go.

 

Sure, AJ is a great WR, but he was always hurt. Also, having or not having AJ was not the reason that we lost this game.
