So it seems the general consensus is that these 2 are the 1/2 WRs in this upcoming draft class and since we have almost daily conversations about this in shoutbox, I figured there should be a megathread where we can have a battle royale over this question for the next few months.

The Titans obviously need a true #1 receiver, a big play maker that can go up and win the 50/50 balls and make big plays after the catch. Both of these guys are very good at both of those things, and since we have the #5 and #18 picks, it's very possible we grab one to complete our offense.

    Corey Davis

    6ft 3in - 205lbs

The only real knock on Davis is that he's from a small school, where he didn't face as much top competition. While Williams was facing the FSU and Alabama, Corey Davis played against Ohio University and Bowling Green(clowns). However, he is the FBS leader in Career receiving yards.

    Mike Williams

Williams played in one of the premier college football programs (at least while he was there) and faced (read: beat) some very good teams/players throughout his career. Although he did break his neck in 2015, it has healed and he came back to have a great 2016 season, capped off by a national title. Williams is particularly good at high pointing the ball and making the catch(including fades), and can fairly consistently break a tackle or make 1-2 guys miss after the catch, but his overall route tree is limited and he does have some drops(not a concernable amount).

Corey Davis is a complete receiver, Williams not as much

Neither are worth the 5th pick ATM, but waiting til 18 might be too late
