it never happens until it does. I wonder if we did lose out and ended up missing the playoffs if vrabel would be gone too.

 

The last two quarterbacks to face the Titans earned Player of the Week honors in their respective conferences -- the Eagles' Jalen Hurts (380 passing yards and three touchdowns) in Week 13 and Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence (368 yards and three touchdowns) in Week 14. Lawrence's performance was also a career high in passing yards.

Pass Rush is a MUST if not. We might just give the opposite QB player of the week honors 3 weeks straight.

Anything is possible. But at this point, I think that Amy feels like she has her coach, that it’s the roster holding him back. So if we did go on a losing streak, I think she’d give Vrabel a little rope.

 

I dont know man, we do such a great job at developing LBs, I just cannot believe that we have not found any potential players that would develop into starting players if they had as good coaching as we seem to have at the LB position. We should have at least one or two reliable wrs at this point if we had as good development there as in LBs, same as OL. Good coaches would have found a couple of good players by now.

 

There's only so much you can coach. You can tell em "hey guys, do this with your hands etc etc etc" but at the end of the day, the player has to be able to play.

There are freak athletes out there that can't play football. There are also guys that aren't as athletic that just have "it" and understand the little things that make them great at football.

 

We also get poached. OC was prime target a couple times with upgrade to HC, haven’t kept track of positional coaches poached for either new positions or upgrade to coord. I can only hope someone takes Downing and Carter off Vrabels hands.
