Well Hall and Ball resign for those magical 1 year deals. That's nice.. id still like to see 3 things:

    DT - Tommie Harris
    WR - Derrick Mason?

It is a business and tough decisions do have to be made. But IMO, when you draft a young, project at "QB" (with all the added pressure of the position & being the vocal point of NFL teams) and your starting QB has connections to the young QB you don't just let him go walking, then sign another vet QB.

Steve was traded too. Jevon raped Philly, and AH burned the Skins.

KVB's motor started to fail and he's never came close to the peaks that he'd had with us while under contract, he's remained the same and we'd gotten better production from Ball and Babin. (Morgan would have too if it wasn't for the ACL sadly) Good decision to not re-sign

Bulluck was unfortunate and did his ACL in too. He's not been the same guy. Another good decision to not re-sign

Kearse we couldn't compete with the Eagles in over-paying for him. He was never the same again after his first stint with us anyway.

Rolle, Mason, George and McNair were cap casualties; George didn't really produce as we'd run him down. Rolle, Mason and McNair all played well for the Ravens but due to the terrible structuring of their contracts we had no choice but to get rid of them (I think McNair was due as much as 22 million $ in his last year)

Haynesworth... we all saw what happened when he got paid. Another good decision not to overpay.

Even worse. What'd we get a draft pick? Anyone know who we drafted with that pick if that is the case?
