2010: 10-6 Bucs missed playoffs. TERRIBLE SEASON THEY SHOULD REPLACE COACH
2009: 9-7 Falcons, Pittsburg, Houston missed playoffs TERRIBLE SEAONS THEY SHOULD REPLACE COACHES
    2008: 11-5 Pats missed playoffs.
    2007: 10-6 Browns missed playoffs.
2005: 10-6 Kansas city missed playoffs.
    2003: 10-6 Miami missed playoffs.

So it has a lot more than you suggest. I threw in the 9-7 to show even good teams have winning records and missed playoffs and I doubt anyone was calling for Tomlin's head.

So if a team improves from the previous year, has a winning season but misses the playoffs, it is a failure and the HC should be replaced?

Is that what you all believe really?

At least I root for the Titans to win the game and care when they are doing poorly.

with our schedule last season compared to this season, its VERY unrealistic to think that our record would actually improve, imo.

The offense was horrid after Britt went down last season. Slowly, people stepped up and improved their game. Our QB went down. Britt is all but useless now. Cook cant be on the field as much because we needed a running game.

people also see our offense as being a lot more talented than it is

    As for defense... all Gray.

We are still a work in progress.

I do too... but as soon as we hit 9 losses (or are eliminated from the playoffs), I want us to lose out. That's just the way I see it.

Why should we have been destroyed? Why did we get blown out so badly? Couldn't have been because we were poorly coached and unprepared, could it?

The running game was terrible regardless of if Cook was in there or not. Cook was not the problem. It was a scheme and play calling problem that was not addressed early enough. Thats on Munch. Cook dropping easy passed is also a coaching problem, and should have been addressed. That is something you work on and get straightened out between games. It's not just Cook, it's all of our receivers. They're not focused or prepared. That's on the coaches.

No, but Munch is responsible for his coordinators and overseeing the play calling. If the play calling and the game plans aren't working, they need to be addressed. They weren't. That's on Munch.

They were reacting because Munch was wasting time with Hass in there and couldn't make a decision, when we knew that Locker was the better option. He was also shady during the situation and withholding info about Locker's injury.

He. Is. Responsible. For. His. Coordinators. And. The. Plays. They. Call.
Play calling has been terrible throughout every game since they have been here! They don't know what they are doing and neither does Munch. That's why no adjustments were made.

Then why are you arguing for him? Because he's a nice guy, right?

Munch is under qualified for the position he is in. Everyone knows that. He need good coordinators to carry him. He doesn't have those, and wont get them. Everyone knows that. Why do we want a HC in here that can't handle the job? Because he's a nice guy? It's nothing personal, he's just not a good HC.

Do you think I like it when the Titans suck? I had been waiting for some Titans football all off season, and when they show up and play like they have been playing, I'm pissed. I'm not okay with the state this team is in. I'm not okay with mediocrity. I want change. YOU seem to be the one that is okay with EVERYTHING the Titans do. You're right, everything is fine. Munch is going to completely turn this disaster of a team he has created around, and we're going to the Super Bowl next year. :bliss:
