I am planning on actually doing this project late May hoping to be complete by early June. My goal is 4 days from start too finish. Anyways the Ensolite is on hold because a particular adhesive is on backorder. Picked up a roll of Gorilla Tape, still need that aluminum tape and denatured alcohol. Probably looking at around $40 more in supplies. I will break that down when I get them all together. Working on a detailed plan so that I dont waste too much time figuring out what I want too do when I finally get the chance to do the install.
checked out some denatured alocohol and various bits tonight. The closed cell foam has shipped! this is the last of the major stuff I was needing for the project. Speaking of the project anyone have a sound level meter I could use too do a before and after on the sound deadening half of the project? I know this is Nashville so I am hoping someone has a mobile type just laying around.
There are tons of cheap/free decibel meter apps for iPhone.. I run one called dbMeter Pro. It's as accurate as the old strobe type meters.
