NFL.com's Gil Brandt names a few players drafted on day three who he thinks can be impact players. He lists DaQuan Jones as one.

    DaQuan Jones, DT, Tennessee Titans

Draft position: Round 4, No. 112
Jones is an interesting player. After arriving at Penn State as an offensive lineman, he switched to defense and went on to become a disruptive force. He has a big body and good athletic ability for his size, though he lacks stamina. He could prove to be a great value for the Titans; as of last October, I had him ranked quite high. It's not often that you find a defensive starter in the fourth round, but Jones should become exactly that for Tennessee by the midpoint of the season.

Glad he thinks that, Gil Brandt is usualy on his A game. I'm not so high on the guys ahead of Jones, so Im also hopeful he finds his way fast.

Tom Savage, theres that name again. I tried promoting Savage a while back, he's going to be solid.

Brandt seems to have cast his net over all the RBs to make sure that he is correct on one of his guys. Every year some 4th rnd RB shines and Brandt will be right.

I'm excited to see exactly how we use Jones. He has the weight to be a NT, but the athleticism and height to play DE in a 3-4.

    No he's not.

Maybe he can be average, at best, one day, but he will suck for now.

Disagree. He has just the right combination of skills to play QB in the NFL.

What dont you like about his game? Besides the fact he runs a 9.8 forty....

Gil Brandt said Reynaldo Hill would be a steal. Not saying anything about Brandt by brining this up, just thought it was funny.

Anyway, I agree with him this time around. I had Jones highlighted for a while as someone who could play NT for us.

I have friends that are currently still attending Pitt and graduated from Pitt . During the draft process I asked what they thought about Savage and they all said he is very underrated. That his o-line was horrible, but has the tools to become a solid starter in the NFL.

I was mad Houston got him, hopefully they were wrong.

As long as he remains a Texan, I will hope for the worst. Go Titans!
