I wouldn't rule it out because it hasn't leaked, I'd rule it out because the Titans weren't letting fisher interview for other head coaching jobs.

Jeff, you just say that because it's mid-February.

 

Pete Carroll makes sense, but he has to be given Complete Control and their GM doesn't seem to be the type that would be willing to allow that. I personally don't think Fisher is going anywhere, and as already mentioned....Chow is not an option unless it is HC, and they are going to offer that to him due to his lack of experience with the NFL game.
