Yes sir, we have the pieces in place; franchise QB, solid O line, RBs, TE, defensive line. Next draft, address secondary, LBs, speed at WR and a good punt returner.

O Line is better than solid... we have the best Tackle combination in the league. Considering tackles and QBs are dominant first round picks, we are looking really good for the next 10 years.

Mularky isnt running as much of a Caveman offense as people like to say. They run the ball, but you can also see them bringing Mariota along. another year or 2 we will be a passing team, with a quality running attack for the -9 degree weather games, and to fall back on.

Mularkey was in Jacksonville for 1 year before they changed ownership and brought in their own guy. He didnt get a fair shot there. And in Buffalo, he was 9-7 and 5-11 with JP Losman and Kelly Holcombe as his QB. There is a history of HC's being better their 2nd time around (and not having any time in Jax, it can be argued this is his real 2nd time around). Bellichick was ran out of Cleveland, Pete Carroll was average in NE, etc etc. I am not saying he is going to be as good as those guys by any means, but it is more than possible he is a solid HC and this team certainly looks to be going in the right direction under him.

Was Mike Smith that bad though? In 7 years in Atlanta they won 10 or more games (including 2 13-3 seasons) 4 times. His last two years werent very good, but I think most franchises would kill for a team that is in the playoffs that often.

I just don't like his personality as a HC
